Home Groups focus on four things:
1. Fellowship: time is given to being a group, getting to know and support one another. The New Testament words ‘one another’ can thus become real.
2. Discipleship: significant time is given to exploring the meaning of the Bible for everyday life. Learning with and from others is so worthwhile.
3. Worship: in addition to Sunday worship, the New Testament describes small groups singing and praying together. That’s what Home Groups do.
4. Mission: each group takes on a project or task where faith and love can be translated into action, whether in Hamilton or further afield.
Knit and Knatter meets each Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m. This group enjoys talking, but uses the time profitably to knit hats, scarves, gloves etc. for families in need.
